Deep fried crickets with eggs , cooked, weight: (500g) .!!!
You can heat up in air fryer in low heat about 325 degrees, around 3 to 5 minutes
Or put on a pan roasting, can add a little bit of cooking oil, about 5 to 7 minutes & add seasoning such as fresh chili , Rosdee pork seasoning, Msg optional, sugar or chili flakes, spring onions...!!!
Note: please put it in freezer 📍
