Prepare pork / chicken / meat as you wish. @ Pour the fermented powder into the mix. Add minced garlic as desired. Add  1 tablespoon of soy sauce or salt as you like and leave it marinated for 4 hours or more, the longer you marinate, the more delicious it is.
Size 200 grams can marinate 1-2 kg of meat. Size 600 grams can marinate 3-4 kg of meat.
Size 1 kg, can marinate 7-8 kg of meat. You can make a variety of
menus as you like. 
Note: The taste of Trang roasted pork is sweet. If you don't like sweet, reduce the amount of fermented powder. Add salt to cut sweet , fish sauce, oysters sauce… add mellowness can help .
